潘弘洋,博士,大连海事大学信息科学技术学院师资博士后。2022年10月受国家留学基金委资助赴新加坡科技设计大学(Singapore University of Technology and Design)公派留学,2024年6月获吉林大学计算机应用技术专业博士学位,2020年于吉林大学计算机科学与技术学院硕博连读,2017年获大连理工大学学士学位。曾获吉林大学优秀研究生等多项奖励和荣誉称号。
